Omar "Big Bear Mantequilla" Rodriguez Moran

Mr. Omar “Big Bear Mantequilla” Rodriguez Moran, 27, of Oak Park passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at his residence following an illness.

Omar was born May 2, 1993 in Jalpan de Serra, Querétaro, Mexico to Berta Rodriguez Moran. He loved cooking, trucks, listening to music, fishing, and riding four-wheelers. Big Bear enjoyed every holiday and the 4th of July was his favorite. He loved his mother and his brother. Omar was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his mother, Berta Rodriguez Moran; brother, Saul Lugo Rodriguez; uncle, Urbano Rodriguez; aunt, Maria Elvia Rodriguez; cousins, Naomi Rodriguez, Omar D. Rodriguez, Mario Ivan Rodriguez; and many friends.

Memorial Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Holy Trinity Church with Father Chris Ortega officiating.

In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during service.

El Sr. Omar "Big Bear Mantequilla" Rodríguez Moran, de 27 años, de Oak Park falleció el Viernes 17 de Julio de 2020 en su residencia después de una enfermedad extendida.

Omar nació el 2 de Mayo de 1993 en Jalpan de Serra, Querétaro, México, de Berta Rodríguez Moran. Le encantaba cocinar, camiones, escuchar música, pescar y andar en vehículos de cuatro ruedas. Big Bear disfrutó cada día festivo y el 4 de julio fue su favorito. Amaba a su madre y a su hermano. Omar era de la fe católica.

Los sobrevivientes incluyen a su madre, Berta Rodríguez Moran; hermano, Saúl Lugo Rodríguez; tío, Urbano Rodríguez; tía, María Elvia Rodríguez; primos, Naomi Rodriguez, Omar D. Rodriguez, Mario Ivan Rodriguez; y muchos amigos.

El servicio conmemorativo será a las 10 a.m. del Sábado 25 de Julio de 2020 a Holy Trinity Church con el Padre Chris Ortega oficiando.

De conformidad con las pautas establecidas por los CDC, se aplicará una regla de 6 pies durante el servicio.
