Orvie Reed

Mrs. Orvie Reed, 97, of Swainsboro passed away Sunday morning, February 18, 2018 at Pruitt Health Swainsboro following an extended illness.

Mrs. Reed was born May 17, 1920 in Conway, Missouri to the late George Metz and Ethel Reeves Metz. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fred Reed; daughter, Ethelyn Page.

Survivors include her grandsons, Paul Page of Grovetown, Ga. and Scott Page of Roseburg, Oregon; granddaughter, Denise King of Grants Pass, Oregon; brother, Jack Metz of Austin, TX.; sister, Eva Baltazor of Klamath Falls, Oregon; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Memorial service will be private and at a later date.
