Mr. Paul Henry Tuttle, 48, of Milledgeville passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Emory University in Atlanta. He was born on April 8, 1977, in Savannah to the late LaVon Arthur Tuttle and Mary Riner Justice. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Kellie Tuttle; brother, Michael Tuttle.

Paul held a class B license. He drove box trucks for Borden and operated heavy equipment for Emanuel County Road Dept. most of his adult life. Paul had a charming and fun personality, always being the life of the party. He was known for cracking jokes or using his Slingblade impressions to make people laugh. He was an avid lover of music and dancing. Paul was always ready to jump in the middle of a dance circle and show off his skills, especially his Chris Brown moves. He enjoyed spending time with his family going to Panama City Beach or taking spur of the moment trips to Savannah. Paul loved to see smiles on the faces of those he loved most. His silly fun-loving nature and free-spirited personality will be missed by many.

Survivors include his son, J.P. Tuttle (Courtney Wilkerson) of Swainsboro; daughters, Chelsea Wiggins (Zane) of Lyons, Miranda Steptoe (Avery) of Swainsboro, Rayney Tuttle of Buford; brother, Brian Tuttle of Honduras; seven grandchildren; and many friends.

Visitation will be held at Chapman Funeral Home on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
