Paul Harvey Zipperer

November 12, 1954 — October 10, 2015

Mr. Paul Harvey Zipperer, 60, of Norristown passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Emanuel Medical Center in Swainsboro following a brief illness.

Mr. Zipperer was born November 12, 1954 in Bradenton FL. to Sim Harvey Zipperer and Phyllis Louise Nuttall.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Louise Nuttall. Mr. Zipperer served in the United States Army.  He moved to Swainsboro in 1993.  Mr. Zipperer was very involved in the Moose Lodge #1930, where he held the title of Jr. Governor.  He loved to play video games, and shoot pool.  Mr. Zipperer was a laid back happy person.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Zipperer of Norristown; father, Sim Harvey (Margie) Zipperer of Gillis Springs; son, Robert (Jennifer) Webster of Indianapolis, IN.; daughters, Loretta Plumb of Norristown, Sherri (Chris) McCarthy of Bradenton, FL, and Kristi (Tom) McCullough of Palmarya NY; sisters, Sandra (Ronald) Griffin of Norristown, Linda (James) Watkins of Bradenton, FL, Catherine (Tim) MacArthur of Port Charlotte FL; grandchildren, Michael Webster, Sarah Webster, Alex Webster of Indianapolis, IN, Luke McCullough and Jason McCullough of Palmarya, NY; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Thursday evening, October 15, 2015 with Joey Lamb officiating.

Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery near Adrian.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Freddie Mason, Virgil Turner, James Morris, Walter Rowland, Mike Godbey, and Lee Whittenburg.

Honorary Pallbearers are members of Swainsboro Moose Lodge.
