Regina Michelle Braswell

Ms. Regina Michelle Braswell, 33, of Norristown passed away Sunday, August 11, 2019 at her residence      following a brief illness.

Ms. Braswell was born September 2, 1985 in Milledgeville to Kenneth Braswell and Sarah Jean Pounds Braswell.  Michelle was a beloved daughter, sister and very devoted mother.  She was a hard worker and overcomer through Jesus Christ.  Michelle loved people and people loved her.  She was a generous, humorous, and courageous young lady who was kind to everyone.  Michelle graduated top of her class from Johnson County High School and heart of Georgia Tech as respiratory therapist.  She enjoyed coloring, puzzles, swimming, music and loved the beach.

Survivors include her parents, Kenneth Braswell and Sarah Jean Braswell of Norristown; son, Jayden Joseph Ushry of Gibson; daughters, Kendell Rae Braswell and Rhyleigh Grace Braswell, both of Norristown; brother, Jamie Braswell of Dublin; sister, Crystal (Travis) Bishop of Wadley; nieces, Kaylin Braswell, Madison Braswell, Hannah Bishop; nephews, Jaxson Braswell, Colin Braswell, Hunter Bishop; paternal grandparents, Bill & Ann Braswell of Kemp; maternal grandparents, Sarah Brannen of Scott, James Pounds of Dublin; many aunts, uncles, cousins and may friends.

Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home 3 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2019 with Reverend Ricky Downs officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends August 14, 2019 6 pm to 8 pm at Chapman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Michael Durden, Chris Way, Jaxson Braswell, Rocky Pounds, Rodney Pounds, and   Andrew Bishop.
