Richard Lynn Henry

Mr. Richard Lynn Henry, 64, of Cartersville passed away Friday, October 7, 2022, at Townsend Park Health and Rehabilitation in Cartersville following an extended illness.

Mr. Henry was born September 9, 1958, in Swainsboro to Edwin Henry and Grace Dupper. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Randall Henry, Glenn Henry; sister, Debra Henry. Mr. Henry loved Johnny Cash, Elvis, and Conway Twitty. He loved to talk and visit with people, and he was a big flirt. Mr. Henry always enjoyed Thanksgiving and his family was always first.

He is survived by his sisters, Jan Yarbrough, Brenda Horne (John); nieces, Rachael Wheeler, Rochelle Wheeler, Brittany Moore, Amanda McCloskey; and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2022, in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2022, at Chapman Funeral Home.
