Mr. Robert Glynn Lovett, 61, of Adrian, passed away on August 10, 2026, at his residence.
Mr. Glynn was born October 5, 1964, to Bob Lovett and the late Linda Robinson Wilkerson. He is preceded in death by his mother, and a sister, Lynn Lovett.
Glynn Lovett was a man who found joy in the simple things in life and made lasting memories wherever he went. He was an avid racer who loved the excitement of being behind the wheel, but his greatest pride and joy was always his family.
Glynn was a talented carpenter who took pride in working with his hands and creating things that would last. His work reflected the patience, dedication, and attention to detail that he carried into so many parts of his life. Whether he was building something, working on a project, or simply enjoying a quiet day, Glynn appreciated the value of honest work and a job well done.
Above all else, Glynn loved his children and grandchildren. They brought him a special kind of happiness, and he cherished the time he spent with them.
Glynn didn’t need much to be happy. He enjoyed the ordinary moments that often become the most meaningful ones—spending time with family, working with his hands, enjoying his hobbies, and appreciating the people around him.
Glynn Lovett leaves behind a legacy of hard work, family, and a life lived with purpose. He will be deeply missed by his children, grandchildren, family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him. His memory will live on through the people he loved the things he built, and the countless memories he left behind.
He is survived by his daughters, Heather Lovett Peebles, Kaci Lyn Hudson (Jody), a son, Rodney Sellers (Nicole), his father, Bob Lovett, longtime friend, Deborah Lovett, his brothers, Michael Lovett and Josh Lovett, grandchildren; Payton Peebles, Jay Carter, Lakely Hudson, Kelsey Lamb, Caven Sellers, Natalie Sellers, Chanler Sellers, Jordan Brinson, Jarren Brinson, Jayden Brinson, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Chapman Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
A memorial service will be held following the visitation at 7:00pm, with Rev. Brad McKenzie officiating, assisted by Mr. Mitchell Moore.
