Mr. Robert “Buddha” Charles VanHorn, IV, 31, of Portal, passed away Wednesday, March 5th, 2025. He was born in Portal on August 27, 1993, to Robert Charles VanHorn, III and Fannie Kaye Nesmith VanHorn.  He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Robert and Ann Nesmith; paternal grandmother, Carol Pierce; uncle, Mike Nesmith.

Buddha enjoyed playing video games and Pokémon in his spare time. He was an avid WWE wrestling fan. Buddha loved his cat, Binx and listening to music.

Buddha is survived by his parents; brother, Joey VanHorn; sister, Tiffany VanHorn; nephews, Alex and Steven Hopkins, all of Portal; 5 aunts, 1 uncle, many friends.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, 4:00 p.m. at 606 Joy Street, Portal, GA.
