Ronald "Runt" Hackle, Sr.

Mr. Ronald “Runt” Hackle, SR., 66, of Kite passed away November 18, 2018 at his residence following a brief illness.

Mr. Hackle was born April 25, 1952 in Swainsboro, Ga. to the late Edward Hackle and Mary Jones Hackle. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Hackle was a carpenter all his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and playing cards Mr. Hackle was an avid NASCAR fan and outdoorsman.

Survivors include his wife, JoAnn Hackle of Kite; sons, Ron Hackle (JoAnna) of Kite, Steven Hackle (Tracy) of Meeks, Tim Hackle of Savannah, and Joey Hackle of Dublin; daughters, Dana Braddy (Grady) of Kite, and Sarah Hackle of Kite; brother, Edward Bud Hackle of Meeks; sisters, Brenda Clifton of Swainsboro, and Mae Wilkerson (Wilbur) of Meeks; 13 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and many friends.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
