Mrs. Ruth Neil Morales, 47, of Adrian passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Old Capitol in Louisville. She was born August 4, 1977, in Orlando, FL to the late Jimmie Atkinson and Mildred Carter Atkinson. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan Morales; daughter, Shianne Gillum; brothers, Wayne Walling and Scotty Atkinson.
