Sandra Zipperer Griffin

Mrs. Sandra Zipperer Griffin, 64, of Adrian passed away Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia following an extended illness.

Mrs. Griffin was born April 20, 1958, in Bradenton, FL. to Sim Harvey Zipperer and Phyllis Louise Nuttall Zipperer. She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Sierra Hawkins; grandson, Joseph Smith; brother, Paul Zipperer.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Griffin, Sr. of Adrian; son, Ronald Griffin, Jr. (Tommie) of Lithia, FL.; daughters, Amy Barker of Adrian, Tammy Griffin of Swainsboro; grandchildren, Raymon Cribb, Kayla Smith (Jared), Kristen Griffin; great-grandson, Asher Smith; sisters, Linda Watkins (Jim) of Bradenton, FL., Catherine MacArthur (Tim) of North Port, FL; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Graveside Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2022, in Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Norristown.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 10, 2022, at Chapman Funeral Home.
