Mrs. Shaira J. Skinner, 72, of Swainsboro died Tuesday morning, October 27, 2015 at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Skinner was born January 15, 1943 in Chauncey to the late Bill Jump and Mozelle Davis Jump. She moved to Swainsboro 25 years ago from Florida. Mrs. Skinner liked to cook, go to yard sales and attended Blackville Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Skinner of Swainsboro; son, William J. Saylor of Williston, FL; sister, Billie Ann (Cephas) Goodman of Winter Garden, FL; grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening, October 29, 2015 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Memorial service will be private and at a later date.
