Mrs. Shirley Proctor, 83, of Twin City died Thursday afternoon, June 19, 2014 at her residence following an extended illness.
Mr. Proctor was born in Minnesota to the late Emil Norquist and Anna Nystrom Norquist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marlow Proctor; brothers, Steven Norquist, Leslie Norquist, Harvey Norquist, Rodney Norquist and Charles Norquist. Mrs. Proctor lived in California until moving to Twin City four years ago.
Survivors include her daughters, Elizabeth Proctor of Seattle Washington and Paula French of Twin City; sisters, Olive Nyland and Grace Smeback both of Minnesota and Carol Sjaheim of Indiana; granddaughters, Katelyn French and Julia French both of Twin City.
Funeral services will be held at the Hebron Primitive Baptist Church in Garfield at 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning, June 28, 2014 with Rev. Franklin Sasser officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday morning, June 28, 2014 at the Hebron Primitive Baptist Church in Garfield.
