Mrs. Theresa Johnson, 60, of Dublin passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Donaldsonville Hospital in Donaldsonville. She was born in Lynwood, California on November 5, 1965, to the late Lucian Elsie Stapleton and Pamela Jean Dukes Stapleton. Theresa had a contagious smile. She was soft-spoken, sweet-natured and she was very encouraging to everyone. Theresa loved to swim, read and was always ready for a walk. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Charles Alvin Watson, Jr., Lisa Darlene Stapleton, Pamela Yvonne Stapleton, and James Joseph Stapleton.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen Johnson; daughter, Holly Ann Johnson; siblings, Lynn Stapleton, Ronald "Sam" Stapleton, Deborah Rose Stapleton; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Graveside Services will be Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery at 11:30am with Reverend Chad Kennison officiating.
