Thomas Bright

Mr. Thomas Bright, 58, of Swainsboro passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Emanuel Medical Center following a brief illness.

Mr. Bright was born September 13, 1963, in Swainsboro to Sammy Bright and Ethel Wright Bright. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, James Bright, Charles Bright, Jerry Bright, and David Bright.

He is survived by his son, Ebony Freeman (Shirkia) of Jacksonville, FL; daughters, Kimberly D. Anthony (Roosevelt III) and Anna M. Bright, both of Augusta; grandchildren, Ebony Freeman, Jr., Diamond Freeman, Heaven Freeman, Chandler Anthony; sisters, Emma Dawson of Swainsboro, Mary Salter of Ellenwood, Margaret Watson of Stone Mountain; special friend, Clearsia Lovett Graham; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2022, in Swainsboro City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Chapman Funeral Home.
