Mr. Tommy Lee Peebles, 60, of Kite, passed away Friday, June 20, 2025, at Memorial Health in Savannah.

Tommy was born June 3, 1965, in Swainsboro to the late Johnnie Paul Peebles and Margaret Honeycutt Peebles. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Peebles; nephew, Jay DeBoo. Mr. Peebles was a graduate of Johnson County High School in Wrightsville in 1983. He was an early member of the Kite Fire Department. He also worked at various gas stations, Better Built Buildings and was a Millwright worker.

He is survived by his brothers, Wayne Peebles (Allison), Donald Peebles (Cindy), Danny Peebles (Cathy), Larry Peebles (Mary); sister, Carolyn Peebles, sister-in-law, Debra Peebles all of Kite; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Memorial Service will be held 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 23, 2025, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Rev. Burton Dixon officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday, June 23, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Chapman Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Lighthouse Outreach Center at PO Box 65, Kite GA 31049.
