Mrs. Virginia Allison “Jenny” Bryant, 37, of Louisville died Friday, January 25, 2013 at the Doctors Hospital of Augusta following an extended illness.
Mrs. Bryant was born in Statesboro and the daughter of Emmett James Wilkinson and Dorothy Claxton Wall. She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Claxton Wall and nephew Braxton Bethea. Mrs. Bryant loved working with children as a Pre K Teacher in Early Childhood at A Child Success Place Daycare before becoming disabled and loved taking pictures as her hobby.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Bryant of Louisville; father, Emmett James (Joyce) Wilkinson of Dublin; sons, Christopher Roberts, Michael Bryant and Caleb Bryant all of Louisville; sister, Kathy Bethea of Louisville; nephew, Blake Bethea of Louisville; stepfather, Michael Wall of Louisville; uncles, Richard (Sara) Claxton, Jr. of Swainsboro and Jimmy Claxton of Metter; aunts, Sarah (Harry) McGraw of Wadley and Bobbie (Richard) Tapley of Metter; and several cousins.
Memorial services will be held at the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home at 1:00 o’clock Monday, January 28, 2013 with Reverends Allen Meeks and Lamar Kersey officiating. Burial will be private.
