Brandon Powell

Mr. Brandon Powell, 37, of Swainsboro, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023, at Emanuel Medical Center in Swainsboro following a brief illness.

Brandon was born July 19, 1986, in Bartow Florida to Darren Powell and Linda Harrell.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Harrell and maternal grandfather, Nelvin Harrell.  Brandon was 100% a family man.  He loved his family dearly and spent all available time with them.  Brandon loved to cook with the kids and teach them new things.  He also loved working on vehicles with his sons.  Brandon was such a sweet man and made friends everywhere he went. His smile was infectious. 

He is survived by his wife, Jessica Powell of Swainsboro; father, Darren Powell of Eastman; sons, Jesse Powell and Tyler Powell, both of Swainsboro; daughter, Savannah Powell of Swainsboro; brother, Justin Harrell (India) of Eastman; sister, Myrakl Powell of Eastman; maternal grandmother, Kay Harrell of Bartow, FL; nieces, Alexis Raffield, Kaylee Harrell; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Memorial Gathering will be 6:00 p.m., Friday, August 11, 2023, at the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home.
