Mr. Charles Harry Hadden, 90, of Twin City passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia following an extended illness.
Mr. Hadden was born October 11, 1930 in Kite to the late Oscar Hadden and Merdis Wilson Hadden. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jackie Amerson Hadden; son, Jerry Hadden; brothers, Louie Hadden, Lonnie Hadden, Melvin Hadden, Sam Hadden; stepson, Jason Wilkes.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Hadden of Twin City; sons, Charles Lynn (Debra) Hadden of Swainsboro, Keith (Amy) Hadden of Vidalia; daughters, Sharon Chance of Evans, Debra McKenzie of Twin City, Kayla Hadden of Swainsboro; stepdaughters, Lisa (Marlon) Anderson of Bartow, Crystal (Jason) Moore of Vidalia; sister, Nancy Lewis of Evans; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Mr. Hadden was of the Baptist Faith.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 11, 2021, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Elder Tommy Rountree and Reverend Morris Brantley officiating.
Interment will follow at Swainsboro City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Charlie Hadden, Travis Chance, Wayne Chance, Chandler Anderson, Christian Anderson and Brandon Hadden.
Honorary pallbearers are Gavin Edenfield, Gabe Lee, and Jack Lee.
