Mr. James. E. Proctor, 65, of Swainsboro, passed away Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023, at his residence following a brief illness.
Mr. Proctor was born October 26, 1957, in Swainsboro to the late James T. Proctor and Margaret Moore Proctor. He was employed by Fulghum Industries. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Sandra Screws Proctor.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Proctor (Brittany) of Jonesboro, TN; daughter, Leah Proctor Wilcher of Bluff City, TN; sister, Gloria Brinson (Larry) of Millen; 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.
Memorial Gathering will be 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 10, 2023, in the Chapel of Chapman Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 10, 2023, at Chapman Funeral Home.
