Mrs. Mary Ann “Bobbi” Moore, 81, of Twin City passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah following an extended illness.
Mrs. Moore was born May 30, 1939 in Statesboro to the late Johnny Baker and Pauline Williams Baker. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Gary Turner; sisters, Kathleen Nichols, Patia Martin, and Ann (Billi) Tucker. Mrs. Moore loved flowers, gardening, crafts, and fishing. She was a homemaker, and worked at Twin City Shirt Factory, Argo Mills, and Ogeechee Home Health. Mrs. Moore was a member of Twin City First Baptist Church for 43 years.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Jerry Moore of Twin City; son, Stebo (Stacy) Moore of Twin City; brothers, Gene (Louise) Baker, Robert Baker, both of Twin City; sister, Linda (Kenny) Rich of Twin City; grandchildren, Chandler Moore, Mabry Moore, Wes Wammock, all of Twin City, Morgan Rich of Garfield; great-grandchildren, Addi Rich, Gray Rich; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. Monday, March 29, 2021 in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Braddy officiating.
Interment will follow in Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Monday, March 29, 2021 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Trai Johnson, Timmy Baker, Johnny Baker, Jimmy Neal, Rosby McKenzie, and Tim Durden.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Wes Wammock and Robbie Baker.
In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
