Recy M Beasley

Ms. Recy M. Beasley, 77, of Wrightsville passed away September 8, 2020 at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.

Ms. Beasley was born November 13, 1942 in Clinch County to the late Ivolene Pitts. She is preceded in death by her mother. Ms. Beasley enjoyed traveling, especially going on cruises. She loved spending time with her family. Ms. Beasley collected apples and angels. She was a member of Sardis Primitive Baptist Church, where she greatly loved her church family.

Survivors include her sons, Stephen (Casey) Beasley of Swainsboro, Jeffrey (Victoria) Beasley of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Patricia (Bob) Hudson of Wrightsville; brother, Edward Pitts, Jr. of Homerville; sister, Mary Louise Pitts of Interlachen, FL; grandchildren, Brylee Beasley, Bennett Beasley, Elizabeth Beasley, Cayden Beasley, Eric Hudson, Travis Hudson; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, September 10, 2020 2 p.m. at Sardis Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor James Tanner, Jr. and Elder Sam Adkins officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Sardis Primitive Baptist Church.

Pallbearers are Brian Pitts, Charlie Pitts, Travis Hudson, Eric Hudson, Glynn Tanner, Ross Tanner, and Glenn Altman.

In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
