Mr. Stephen Scott Lowe, 61, of Twin City passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Twin View Health & Rehab following an extended illness.
Mr. Lowe was born May 28, 1959 in Paris, TN to the late Robert Lowe and Janice Grubbs Lowe.
Memorial Service will be private and at a later date.
In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
