Mrs. Tammy Lynn Wiggins, 55, of Swainsboro passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Emanuel Medical Center following a brief illness.
Tammy was born May 9, 1967, in Flint, MI, to Donald Long and Diana Sharp Scarboro. She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Pauline Bray Miller. Tammy worked as a special needs paraprofessional and a school bus driver for Emanuel County School System for 25+ years. She was a member of Blundale Baptist Church. Tammy was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, & mama. She never met a stranger that didn’t turn into a lifelong friend. She always had a bubbly spirit and a smile whenever you seen her. Tammy moved from Michigan to Swainsboro in late 1983 with her mother. She drove a school bus for 20 years and was loved by all who rode her bus. Tammy worked with special needs kids for 25 plus years and would get fighting mad if anyone talked about them. She also loved sunflowers, apple, horses, the mountains, or just traveling, and family get togethers. Riner and Tammy were married in October of 2015. Tammy loved all their kids and grandkids as her own, who called her ma and nana.
Tammy we love you.
