Mrs. Terri Lawson, 50, of Midville passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Emanuel Medical Center following an extended illness.
Mrs. Lawson was born January 8, 1970 in Youngstown, Ohio to McKinley Ward and Carol Powell Ward. She was preceded in death by her father. Mrs. Lawson worked at the Courier Herald in sales. She loved going to the lake and watching her boys play sports. Mrs. Lawson attended Canoochee Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Graham Lawson; mother, Carol Powell Ward of Swainsboro; sons, Mack Langdale (Darbi Murfin) of Moultrie and Kasee Graham Lawson of Midville; sister, Tina Ward of Thomasville, GA.; granddaughter, Meredith Blair Langdale of Ocilla, GA.; several nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
Funeral Service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2020 in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home with Reverends Chad Kennison and Ray Jenkins officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Eastbrook Cemetery & Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Chapman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Rod Wiggins, Jeremy Ricks, Howard Miller, Kenny Williams, Tony Ledesma, and Jason Bazemore
In compliance with the guidelines set by the CDC, 6 feet rule will be enforced during visitation and service.
